Terms of Service — Weeknight

Short version: Weeknight is a free, invite-only beta. Use it in good faith, verify show details before you go, and email support@weeknight.fm if something goes wrong.

Free beta

Weeknight is offered free of charge as an invite-only beta. Features can change, appear, or disappear at any time, and the service may be discontinued. Nothing here promises that any particular feature will remain available.

Adults only

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to use Weeknight.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use Weeknight for any unlawful purpose.
Attempt to break, overload, or probe the service or its security.
Use the service to harass, defraud, or mislead anyone.
Misrepresent your identity or your listening history.
Resell or redistribute the service or its output.

Recommendations, events, tickets, and travel

Weeknight's recommendations, event listings, ticket links, and travel information are generated and aggregated from third-party sources and can be wrong, out of date, or incomplete. Always verify details — venue, date, time, lineup, ticket availability, and travel plans — with the venue or ticketer before you go. Weeknight is not responsible for inaccuracies in this information or for anything that happens as a result of relying on it.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for your account, for keeping your sign-in email secure, and for how you use the service.

Ownership and feedback

Weeknight and its software, design, and content belong to Weeknight. If you send us feedback or suggestions, you agree we may use them freely without any obligation to you.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, including for violating these terms. You may stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your data by emailing support@weeknight.fm.

Warranties and liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Weeknight is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
